NEXTEL Wireless Registration FAQ

1. My company has multiple Nextel accounts. Do I have to register for each account individually?
   Not necessarily. If you are the Account Administrator for the "master account," registering for this account automatically registers you for all the "sub-accounts." (All sub-account balances are transferred to the master account for payment purposes.)

2. When will I receive my Access Code?
   After completing registration, you should receive your Access Code within five business days. If you do not receive your Code within five business days of completing registration, you can request another code.

3. Why do I need to request an Access Code?
   An Access Code provides a higher level of security for your account and ensures that only authorized users have access.

4. I received an Access Code in the mail but did not request one. Why?
   This code is mailed to the person listed as the billing contact in the nextel.com system each time someone attempts to register as an Account Administrator for your account. If you feel that this has been mailed to you in error, please contact a representative at 1-800-325-3315. Or, you can remove Account Administrator privileges from any non-authorized personnel as soon as you receive a non-requested Access Code in the mail.
