What is it
A monthly repair program that covers a range of options

What it covers
Active phones with repairable damage

What it doesn't cover
Varies by service option, but always excludes:

• Extreme physical or liquid damage
• Limited Edition phones, such as the Bloomingdales, Phat Farm, Bobby Jones and NASCAR® models

How it works

• Applies to all the phones on your account
• Lets you choose either Walk-in Service or Door-To-Door Express
• Repairs or replaces any phone (exceptions apply) that displays repairable damage. Service Center staff determine whether a phone will be repaired or replaced.
• Returns phone to you within advertised turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays). Some repairs may require additional processing time.
