NEXTEL Wireless Billing Reading Your Bill

1. You will find your account name, billing account number (BAN), statement date, and billing period at the top of each page.

2. The Account Summary on the first page of your bill lists adjustments to the previous balance, payments, any outstanding balance or new charges, and the total amount due.

3. To help you remember billing information, For Your Records may be completed at your discretion. For Corporate customers, this area will list your company purchase order number (not shown in this example) for the services purchased on your account.

4. Your Summary of New Charges lists all charges on your account incurred during the recent billing period.

5. Your Total Wireless Services include current access charges (minus any Corporate discounts or credits), such as Telecom/Direct Connect/ Messaging usage charges, and unit taxes. Total New Charges include the unit- or subscriber-level charges plus account level-charges. These include Misc. additional charges as well as Adjustments to new charges, which equal the Total Shared Usage Adjustments from the Additional Account Information section of your bill.

6. Nextel News contains updates about your Nextel service, including special notices, promotions, and offers.

7. The Total amount due and Due date are easy to find on the remittance form.

8. To pay by credit card, check the box on the remittance form and complete the reverse side. Also see the reverse side of your invoice for an overview of your Nextel billing statement.
