NEXTEL Wireless eBill & AutoPay
- How long will it take before I see the credit on my invoice?
Your $5 or $10 credit should appear on the next invoice after your successful enrollment in both eBill & AutoPay. However, there could be a delay if a form is not fully completed or if information is incorrect.
- What are recurring direct debit (RDD) and recurring credit card (RCC)? Are they the same as AutoPay?
Yes. RDD and RCC offer two different ways to make automatic payments on your Nextel bill. With recurring direct debit, Nextel will automatically deduct the Amount Due on your invoice from the bank account (checking or savings) that you designate. With recurring credit card, Nextel will automatically charge the Amount Due to the credit card that you authorize.
- How will I be notified that my credit card or bank account has been charged?
The Amount Due will be deducted from your designated bank account or credit card on the payment due date. Additionally, you can log on to www.nextel.com/mynextel to view payment information about your account.
- How will I be notified that my invoice is ready to be viewed?
Nextel will send you an email when your invoice is available online.
- What are the terms and conditions of the eBill & AutoPay promotion?
You must register as a nextel.com user, agree to receive eBill (electronic invoice), and/or enroll in AutoPay (RDD or RCC with MasterCard® card) for 12 months.
- How will I know the status of my enrollment?
You will be sent a letter once your enrollment in the program is completed.
- For recurring credit card (RCC), will I get the $5 invoice credit by using any credit card?
No, the $5 invoice credit is only available to customers using their MasterCard® card to enroll in RCC. Using your bank account qualifies for the $5 invoice credit.
- Do I need to register at nextel.com as an Account Administrator in order to view my eBill?
