1. When will I be able to access my most recent bill online?
   Invoices are posted within one week of the statement date.

2. How do I get access to my account online?
   First, you need to register. To register with administrative rights, you will need your account number, billing address ZIP Code and the account balance from your last bill.

3. If I am registered as an Account Administrator, can I use all of the account management tools available at MyNextel?
   Yes, you should be able to use the account management tools available for your account. Master accounts have full access. Sub-accounts have access to everything except billing related tools.

4. How many people can be registered as Account Administrators on an account?
   There is no limit.

5. Why can't I find my phone in the Phones & Subscribers list?
   There are several possible reasons:
   • The phone may not be on a registered account.
   • The phone may be on an account that has not yet entered its Access Code.
   • The phone may be permanently deactivated.
   • The phone must be active for 48 hours to be listed.

6. When I pay my Nextel bill using a credit card, when will my payment be posted to my account?
   Payments generally post within 3 hours of submission.

7. Which credit cards can I use to pay my Nextel bill online?
   Nextel accepts American Express, VISA, Discover, Diners Club and MasterCard.
